Hi, I'm Carol! I have been capturing life's most meaningful moments for families and high school seniors
since 2009, and I have called this incredible corner of Colorado home since 2012. What started as a passion quickly became a purpose, and today I am honored to be one of Northern Colorado's most sought after senior portrait photographers. Here is what I know for sure: your teen's senior year flies by faster than you think. One day you are dropping them off at kindergarten, and the next you are watching them walk across a stage. Senior portraits are not just pictures. They are proof that this moment happened, that your kid was HERE, that they were loved, celebrated, and seen. That is why I take this work seriously. Every session I photograph is custom built around your senior. Their personality, their passions, their style. My job is to make them feel so comfortable in front of my camera that the real them shows up in every single image. And trust me, it does. I have been published multiple times, I bring over 15 years of portrait experience to every session, and I genuinely love what I do. You will feel that the moment we meet.
A little about me? I am equal parts Clark Griswold (family is everything), Monica from Friends (yes, everything has a place - and yes, I will absolutely straighten a crooked picture wherever I am, even in a restaurant), Vanessa from Last Man Standing (I absolutely crack myself up), and just enough Edith Bunker to keep things interesting. I love hiking and reading, and I am a proud mom of two sons. I am lucky enough to live right next door to my son, his wife, and my grandson. My husband and I share our home with our 14 year old Siberian Husky. Fair warning - I am terrified of heights, fire, and sharp objects. So if you are planning an extreme sports session, I may need a minute! 😄
Bucket list? NYC at Christmastime, a Pacific Coast Highway road trip, and Fall in the Northeast. If you have been to any of these, please tell me everything!
