When should we expect a call if we're on the waitlist?
I personally reach out to waitlist families when spots open up. I keep the Crew small on purpose, so openings are limited. The best thing you can do is get on the waitlist early so you're first in line when a spot becomes available.
How long will we be in the program?
Carol's Crew is open to current high school juniors and runs through January 1st of senior year. Members enjoy styled shoots, exclusive events, and community, plus early access to book their senior portraits when senior year begins.
When do Crew members get their senior pictures taken?
Crew members get early access to book their senior portrait session, ahead of the general public. It's one of the perks of being part of the Crew!
What if I can't make a team session?
Life happens and I get it. Reach out to me directly if a conflict comes up and we'll figure it out. I want every Crew member to get the most out of the program, so communication is key.
Is there a fee to be on Carol's Crew?
Yes! The Carol's Crew membership fee is $300. This covers your senior portrait session as well as the exclusive events, quarterly styled shoots, and experiences throughout the year.
